Custom field in app composer based on PVO / Valueset

Summary:

Can we create custom field based on PVO or Valueset in app composer

Content (required):

We are trying to create a custom field in app composer. 

The custom field has to have LOV values from a valueset and 

another field based on the existing customers(for which PVO exists).

Is there a way to create custom field based on valueset or a PVO?

Navigation

Application Composer-->Custom Objects--> Select the required object--> Fields--> Create a custom field
