Spend Authorization Access

HI

we have a requirement to have exclusive Spend Authorization access on expenses screen (with no access to Cash Advances and Expenses). Is there a specific way to achieve this. I tried play with underlying privileges and sandbox to remove this tab for particular role but, property to disable for specific role doesn't seems to be available. When i disable the tab, its getting disappeared for all the users and there is no provision to restrict it by user or role.

Any guidance will be appreciated.
