"Charge" in AR Invoice

At invoice header level , there is something called "Charge" but I dont know how to enter the charge.

Also when I tried to enter via FBDI I got error " You must update the AutoAccounting setup for the charges account assignment"

But there is no such thing called Charges in Auto Accounting. Please advise.
