How to reduce the transfer order process in manufacturing plants

Dear All,

If an item is completed by the production department, it must go smoothly to the second stage to the other production department.

Currently, we are doing this through a manual transfer order process.

We need to reduce the steps of transfer orders, and the system must support this by creating these transfer orders automatically as soon as items are ready.

Is there any possible way to do that, please advise.
