How to send custom field value from Product creation page to summary page

Hi,

We have a custom field created at subscription product level, whereas we made a recent change to the LOV and made as a dependent value set. since then when we select the value and product creation page for that custom field and press save and continue that value is not getting passed to the summary page whereas the dependent value set logic we have in place is working but only the value we select at product creation page level is not getting passed back to summary page.
