SCM Orchestration custom report- unable to fetch some columns.

We are trying to create a custom report for SCM Orchestration.

There is column 'Message Type' for witch we identified a lookup 'ORA_DOS_SUPPLY_DEVIATION_TYPE'. As this is the seed report and we are not able to map this column with other DOS tables to get the value. Could you please help us on getting these details.
