Proccess Automtaion All Assignees in Sequence

hello , i have question regarding the assignee's in sequence , if i have a process with human task approve contains (3 different users in sequence) how to get the outcome of each one of them to store it for example in external DB. is there is a way to collect the outcome for each user and pass it to new integration or can i pass each outcome of the user when he takes the action .? (using automatic process generation 3)
