To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Conditionally display custom fields based on category
Hello,
I want to conditionally display few custom fields based on the category while creating a SR in Redwood Helpdesk page.
For e.g. when a user selects 'Absence Issue' category, I would like to show the fields 'Absence Start Date', 'Absence End Date', etc. Similarly when the user selects 'Payslip Issue' category, the expectation is to show 'Pay Date', etc.
The same logic applies for Edit SR page as well as View SR page. I am aware that we need to use Visual Builder to for such customizations and have been going through lots of documentation to understand how this can be achieved.
