Row Banding disappears for certain columns when Sorting on Column applied

Summary:

When you have row banding turned on and then turn on column sorting - certain columns row banding disappears. Seems that anything that was out of order and got moved by the sort loses the row banding. Column selection is the "Bottom Members" of 2 rollups that have company #'s. NR has to sort both rollup members to get the results, but the row banding is removed from companies that got moved in the sort process. This only impacts when COLUMN SORTING. ROW sorting doesn't impact the row banding. Is this a bug or one of Oracle's so called "Features"?
