Do we need to register CPQ as the pricing application in OSS_PRICING_APPLICATION in Fusion?

Summary:

We're currently in the process of setting up CPQ-OSS integration and do not have Order Management within our implementation scope. Based on the documents we have studied, the pricing master will be CPQ where each of the charges used for Subscription Management will be configured. However, to materialize this integration, would we need to register CPQ as the pricing application with OSS_PRICING_APPLICATION profile option within Fusion?

If yes, what should be "Profile Value" that should be given? Should it be named as "CPQ"?
