Page Peek not working (HTML5 issue?)

Hi,

recently we started exploring the Page Peek option. After enabling the page peek through the Engagement Engine the script is running on a test site. However, on agents site the "Page Peek" tab on the chat workspace stays blank.

Now I came across answer "Page Peek does not support html 5 tags" https://cx.rightnow.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/7023/kw/page peek. What does this means? If the site is based on <!DOCTYPE html> then page peek doesn't work? All of our pages are based on HTML5 and I assume most webpage as well.

Is there anything planned from Oracle's site to enable page peek for HTML5?
