Tying Requisition to BPA

Summary:

We are unable to tie our catalog reqs to BPAs. Our current process is as follows:

  1. Create BPA with description based lines (goods) and Fixed Priced Services. (no items specified)
  2. Create catalog req and select the same supplier from BPA
  3. In the agreement field, we do NOT see the BPA # associated with the supplier
  4. We add req line to cart regardless and even on that review page we do NOT see agreement BPA associated with requisition.

What are we missing or doing wrong? I checked controls on BPA and my BU is enabled. Is the flow I mentioned above not proper?
