Cost Rollup of Configured Buy star Item

Summary:

 I have below Query regarding Cost Roll up of Buy Star item.

Scenario - Business is updating std cost of items at the end of each qtr. So as a part of std cost update all the component item's cost gets updated, now client wants all the existing star item's cost should also gets rolled up and updated to the latest cost of components for their reporting and transaction purpose (for example if 5 out of 15 qty shipped with old cost but remaining 10 qty needs to shipped with latest updated cost)

Lets say Buy star item is A*B and having configuration as below and their corresponding cost, so when a PO gets approved and after cost roll up, the cost of star item becomes 10 + 20 + 30 = 60.
