Report of units that cannot be reserved due to low stock

Summary:

The business requires knowing the information of order line units that cannot be reserved due to low stock and in consequence the customer's order cannot be fulfilled in full.

Is there a standard report or some recommended approach to create a customized one to now the lines that cannot be fullfilled?

We thought about creating a report by status (scheduled with error to reserved), but eventually the lines are going to be canceled, and the amount shown for each line will be zero?
