Restricting Person Based on AOR

Summary:

Hello Experts,

We have a requirement where we want our local learning specialist role would be able to search person belonging to their own region . The region definition is by country. For example Local Learning specialist India would be able to search Indian employees and not any employee from any other country.

We configured the following :

1. Create a custom job role Local Learning specialist
2. Create a person security profile called Local Learning Specialist by AOR (Secured by AOR , Responsibility Type : Learn_Rep and Scope of Responsibility : Department hierarchy)
3. Attached person security profile(Person and Public person) created in Step 2 to our data role called Local Learning Specialist by AOR
