Create an approval rule that would ignore other existing rules if true

Looking to create a rule that, if all conditions are met, would ignore all other rules in the same stage and will be the only one to execute.

Looking to create a rule that, if all conditions are met, would ignore all other rules in the same stage and will be the only one to execute.

I create a rule with Highest priority and added the conditions, however struggling to find the right action in THEN section.

Anyone has any ideas? Thanks a lot
