 Hi All,

We have a scenario where we have 2 queues. First queues chat comes from CP page. Second queues chat comes from syndicated chat. And we want the queues to be handle by two different profiles. 

E.G. Profile 1=Queue A

        Profile 2= Queue B

But the availability of agent in syndicated chat(Queue is decided by Queue A. We want to find whether the agent is available in queue B. 

Is there any solution to our agent availability issue?
