Display default value in property, with value based on another property

Summary:

We're creating a Form for use during when technicians are working on and completing activities. This form has multiple properties, both pre-defined and form elements specific only to the Form. As part of this, we have our customers' street address information already displayed in one field (as sent from the inbound API on the original task creation), however we'd like to display this data as two separate values in two new fields, so they can be edited/captured as such.
