Proactive Chat not Starting Chat Session

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to open a Proactive Chat session from an external website, I am at the point where the I can click on the 'yes' button to start a chat session after which the browser pops up a new window with a URL that looks like it wants to start a chat session, but which stays as an empty white screen - the chat session itself is never loaded.

Does anyone have any tips / things I might check to get this working?
