Problem with Authenticator

Hi, I'm trying to log in to my account, but it's asking me to accept a notification on my mobile phone app. I have Oracle Authenticator installed on my mobile phone and I have added my Oracle Cloud account to the app, but I do not receive any notifications, only 6-digit codes. The phone had to be factory reset recently.

It also gives me the option to log in with a bypass code but I don't know where I can get that code.
