Custom Line Manager role is unable to terminate direct reports.

Hi All,

We have a requirement to create a custom Line Manager role and provide direct reports Termination action access.

However, the custom Line Manager role is unable to terminate direct reports. When attempting to do so, the termination page displays the following error message:

‘ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #130’.

The custom role is created with the list of privileges and inherited roles as attached.

May I know what is the cause for error and what role/privilege is missing in the custom role?
