credit card trx date must include or be within both the start date and end date of this assignment

Summary:For a corporate credit card trx, the user is receiving the following error when the try to process this expense line:

The date must include or be within both the start 1/22/24 and end date 12/31/12 of this assignment. (EXM-630654)

The expense line item date = 1/15/24

Person record and assignment record start date = 1/22/24 AFTER the expense report line date.

I tried running Process Inactive Employee’s Corporate Card Transactions, but this did not work. I suspect because the user's person record/assignment record has a start date AFTER the corp credit card expense line.

How can we process this transaction?
