Export and Import to a file Rules, Rule Set and Model's in EPCM

Is there any command in EPMAUTOMATE or even some functionality in EPCM to massively export and import rules?

The use case would be:

Export a Model's rules to a file (csv,txt,excel).

Change them, insert new ones, delete some and import the file (csv,txt,excel) into EPCM.
