Can the approval workflow be routed back to approver once collector rejects the dispute

Summary:

HI, We have the following requirement, could you please let us know how it can be achieved.

Step 1: Collector submits dispute

Step 2: Dispute routes to Approver 1

Step 3:Approver 1 Rejects the dispute

Step 4: It is back to collector

Step 5:Now collector Rejects it

Step 6:Expectation is it should go back to approver 1

We were able to achieve till step 5. Could you please let us know how to achieve step 6 where in once the collector rejects it workflow should be routed back to approver 1
