delete cloud account definitely

I requested to delete my free tier account but something seems to have failed

Hi,

I wanted to completely delete my free tier configuration.

The main reason was because I created it in a datacenter that doesn't have AD1 available and I want to test a few things using terraform between two

servers.

I went through the request and the content of my tenant was indeed deleted but my cloud account still exist.

It's now been months I'm waiting for my email address to be deleted as a cloud account but it seems Oracle don't want to do it.
