How to add Freight Charges on Purchase Order Lines while creating PO

Requirement:

Need Freight Charges to be added on the Purchase Order Lines

Scenario 1

• If PO Total Amount >$500 - No Freight Charges

Scenario 2

• If PO Total Amount < $500 - Automatically Add $50 as Freight Charges distributed on all the Purchase Order Lines (Freight on each PO Lines)
• If there are 5 Lines on the Purchase Order, $10 should be added on each of the Purchase Order Lines
• Requirement for distributing the Freight on all the lines is to capture the Freight in the Item Cost while performing PO Receiving.
