LOV agreement type in the requisition

Does anyone know if the application allows you to manage this LOV that is found within the page to enter the request line?

Since we will not be using the Contract Purchase Agreement, we want to leave only the Blanket Purchase Agreement option or also have the Blanket Purchase Agreement option appear by default when entering a request line. I tried doing common and standard Lookups but I can't locate it.
