Accrual Plan balance exceeding
Summary:
We had an issue with our Floating Holiday accrual plan. Basically on 1/1, every employee should get 16 hours but this year some employees recieve only 8 or some got 0. We have a FF for this (as we have some conditions for different types of employees). While the FF fix was under development, as a workaround, we manually adjusted balances.
Now the FF fix is in PROD, and I wanted to run the Calculate accrual balance process for those employees we previously adjusted just to ensure that the balance is not exceeding 16 hours BEFORE I go ahead and run the process for all employees to make sure the incorrect balances are updated. I noticed that the employees we previously adjusted balances for, their balance is giving more hours than 16. Why is that happening? Can someone please advise?
