OIC SOAP Adaptor - Generate envelope element

Hi Team,

I have a requirement to call IDT service to send purchase order data. But IDT service is mandated to have envelop outer tag like SOAP UI generated request payload. But OIC SOAP Connection is preparing the request payload with out Envelop tag.

May i know how to generate sample request with Envelop as outer tag.

Please check the attached payload comparison where left side is desired by IDT and right side is OIC generated payload.
