PCM Custom Calculation query

Summary: In EPCM; I am trying to create Custom Calculation rule to copy data across different Entity. The difference is in the primary Entity where the data is loaded it gets loaded to A123 and it needs to be allocated to D_A123. I am trying to use Custom Calculation rule as below

StrToMbr(Concat("D_",SubString([Entity].CurrentMember.Member_Name))):=NONEMPTYTUPLE(Department]) [Department]

but it seems to be failing validation; may I have some guidance on how we could achieve this.
