Autoprovision Role not in Role Mapping

When we are adding Auto-Provisioned Roles, there are some roles not part of the Role Mapping that is being added on the Roles. An abstract role (Employee) is being added.

What may have been the cause of this? Which configuration should we look at to fix this?
