ARCS Set Attribute Rule for Workflow Duration and Frequency

Summary:

Hi,

We have created the Set Attribute Rule for Risk Rating based on Balances or Account Type.

Then we have created another Set Attribute Rule for Workflow (Preparer/Reviewer) Duration and Frequency based on the Risk Rating.

As per sequence first we have Risk Rating and then Workflow duration/frequency in format rule.

The problem which we facing is that when we create reconciliations only risk rating works and then if we delete those reconciliation and re-create then both the rules worked fine.

Also, another problem is if balance is getting changed then Risk Rating also changed in reconciliations but Due date remains same which was there at the time of creation of reconciliation.
