Eloqua insight Specify individual dates

I'd like to specify a date on the dashboard.

For example, now it's 21-01 both, but I'd like to mark it 21-01, 21-02 differently.

Is there a way to set it up like this? I need a way to go into Energies and change the filter, but change it on the dashboard.
