    Redwood Helpdesk - colours for separating messages internal/email

    We are moving to the redwood helpdesk and we have noticed that there isn't an option to colour code the different message types that we have in responsive

    Is there are way we are able to do this in Redwood so we don't have agents sending internal messages externally
