CTA Button Not Rendering Correctly in Email (Newest Version of Outlook specific)

Eloqua support has stated "this appears to be a known issue where buttons don't render properly when the button padding is smaller than the button text" we adjusted the padding and text size and nothing changed so we reached back out and were told "Typically you have to adjust your templates and settings within Eloqua to work well with Outlook." We have tried reducing text size, our padding is at maximum settings. Has anyone else run into these issues and found a solution that works so buttons render correctly?
