While Configuring Approval rule for New Item Request getting an Warning in Validation.

The requirement is every New Item Request should go for an approval , irrespective of categories and all.

Due to the warning message as highlighted in the screenshot, not able to save the rule for further Process.

Please check and let me know the solution over here.
