Multiple custom object records created for a contact, but only one getting mapped to contact
We have an integration with Brighttalk that creates a new custom object record every time a user interacts with a webinar. Some of the fields are then mapped directly to the contact object (like campaign they should be associated with in SFDC).
Brighttalk pushes data over every hour, and if the same contact views multiple webinars within that hour they are pushed through at the same time. Only one of those records gets mapped to the contact object. Therefore, we are missing out on that other data. Is there a way to see if there is multiple records created for the same contact at one time, and ensure that data is also passed?
