Benefit Enrollment Submissions Query: Is there a query that list User Enrollment Plan Submissions

Summary:

Our Benefits Team, would like a Query or Report to identify the following:

  1. Did the user enroll in a certain Benefit Plan
  2. Did the user submit enrollment into a Benefit Plan

I have performed some research in the community and idea labs and noticed other users with the same issue.

The BEN_PRTT_ENRT_RSLT table identifies if the User initiated the enrollment in the Created By field. However, if the Benefit Administrator enrolls in a Plan the "Created By" and "Last Update by" fields will be updated by the Benefit Administrators ID. If the user then logs in after the Benefit Administrator and doesn't change the Plan but "Submits Enrollment" and receives a confirmation, the last updated by and created by field isn't updated by the User. This presents a problem to our Benefit Administrators because there isn't a way to truly confirm if the user enrolled in
