Need to Track Item Cost at Locator Level for Actual Costing Method

Summary:

We can create a new structure in costing KFF with Cost org-inv org-subinv-Locator.

The user guide says that we can track cost at locator level.

But, we are not able to find the right value set for Locator. There is no value set like ORA_CST_VALU_LOCATOR.

There is one value set available ORA_CST_CONS_LOCATOR but this is a number format not table and the name suggest its used for consignment valuation.

Do we need to create a new value set? Please advise.
