Unable to access attachments uploaded in workflow notification via hyperlink

in Reporting and Analytics for ERP 4 comments

Attachements uploaded in "Account Coding Workflow Notification" are getting saved as a content in BLOB column 
of a table rather than storing it as file in UCM. Hence it is restricting us to download the uploaded file via 
hyperlink from the notification. Is there a way to access these files from notification?
