How to get Risk Code value in BIP Custom Report

Summary:


We are developing a customer report and we need a column called Risk Score. The value we may need is similar to this 'Any value between 1 – 69 is high risk and 70 – 100 is low risk.' which is the customer requirement. And we are not able to find the column in customer tables and found this values in configuration table 'IEX_SCORES_HISTORY' and we are facing a issue in joining both the tables.
