Can we delete a subscription bill line directly using Groovy Scripts

We are using out of the box integration from OM to SMC & SMC to AR/RMCS. From OM, we have a customization which creates subscription/subscription products in a drafts status and generates Billing Schedules.

However, we have a unique requirement to delete the zero $ billing lines and then perform activation.

Is there a way where we can achieve this using groovy scripts to delete the bill lines with zero $ amount?

We are on a 24A version.
