How to derive schedule ship date of sales order based on raw material availability

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to derive Schedule Ship Date of the sales order based on availability of raw material used to create a finish product.

We are using standard flow of order (Book→Schedule→Pick→Ship→Invoice and there is not Back-To-Back or Dropship). We are not maintaining structure of item in PIM but we have work definition to create relation between FB and Raw Materials.

Let us know how we can derive schedule ship based on Raw Material availability using ATP and CTP both.
