While adding credit card for certain customers we get this error

Hi Team,

While we add credit card for certain customers, we get the below error message. Could you please let us know what does this pertains to and how to solve this issue?

I see that SCA stands for 'Strong Customer Authentication'. But in Fusion I don't see any setups available to enable Authentication while adding credit card. Also, this issue occurs only for certain customers and not for everyone.
