how does a pending worker receives their oracle credentials

I understand once a candidate accepts an offer and gets converted to pending worker , they receive the eblwo email asking them to login and complete their onboarding tasks using the login.

Can someone help me understand where this gets configured from ? and how we can keep a tab of whom its been sent or not ?
