Export mode for data integration is forced from "Replace" to "Merge"

Hello,

My team is implementing EPCM for a client, and we have noticed strange behavior when attempting to run a data integration. We are using Data Exchange to import a file with Quick Mode enabled, and we are attempting to export the file to the PCM_CLC cube using the "Replace" export mode. However, the load is forced to export using "Store" export mode. It doesn't throw any errors when it does this, but it does show it in the logs:

"Export mode is: REPLACE_DATA, Resolved export mode is ADD_DATA"

I am not familiar with this "resolved export mode" message or how the system determines the export mode it will use. Can someone provide insight as to why the integration is forced to use an export mode that differs from my selection?
