Unable To redirect to External URL Using SmartLink

Summary:

We need to use SmartLink or Action to Redirect to External Link

here we try to add smart link to redirect us externally to google website and we saved it to appear in buy shipment screen

put after we click on that link it takes us to URL thought the otm like this picture..

how can we edit that SmartLink to redirect us externally to the URL

I also try to put the URL like this{ javascript:window.open('http://www.google.com')}

put it throw error
