I have followed the steps provided in

I need it for demo purpose, so I want to use the Oracle seeded RTF file so that should be okay not to edit.

Still, for the configuration end, The /xmlpserver has standard Course and Specialization folders in the Shared Folders/Human Capital Management/Learning/Certificates folder.

I have followed the steps and 'customized' it. The copy of the same is available in 'Custom' folder.
