Error when generating report, unsupported output format XLSX

in Reporting and Analytics for ERP 3 comments

We've received an error on one of our reports.

Error message is the following:

"Output failed.

[INSTANCE_ID=bip.bi_serverHA] [OUTPUT_ID=158261] oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.template.online.dms.common.XDODmsException: IO Exception was thrown!

Unsupported output format: XLSX

[INSTANCE_ID=bip.bi_serverHA]"

On the XMLPSERVER I've verified that xlsx is selected as one of the Output Formats

We've never had this issue before with this report.

I was able to run this report with the xlsx output format successfully in our lower environments.

What can cause for the output format to suddenly fail?
