How to change work definition Name in the existing work definition

Would like to change work definition Name in the existing work definition, which has several alternate work definitions.

Client is in the business of edible oil and we are using process manufacturing.

There is a business requirement, where a new resource (refinery line) will be added in near future and this becomes the main work definition.

Work definition which is currently 'Main' will become alternate-1 , current alt-1 will be alt-2 and so on and so forth.

This will help users to identify the correct work definition to choose during work order creation (like Main, alternate etc..)
